Construction works on the multi-million-shilling Simba Mall in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County, are now in the final stages.
The main structure for the two-storey mall, which is set to rival the luxurious Rupa’s Mall have been completed.
A spot check by Uasin Gishu News on Friday, February 20, 2026, showed that painting has already started on parts of the mall.

Workers on site were also working on the rooftop section of the roofing.
A perimeter wall around the mall that sits on about a half-acre piece of land has also been constructed.
Once complete, the Simba Mall Eldoret, located next to Eldoret Hospice along the Eldoret Nakuru Highway, is expected to be a one-stop shop hosting multi-level retail and office space.

It will have a rooftop dining terrace, a glass façade for natural light, underground and rooftop parking as well as spaces for tech, fashion, lifestyle, and food court tenants
The mall will be the fifth in Eldoret alongside Zion Mall, Rupa’s Mall, Highlands Mall and the recently opened Serani Mall in Elgon View Estate.
Initially, Simba Mall Eldoret was expected to open in December 2025.

Based on the current status of the project, it is just a matter of a few months before it is officially opened.
