Manchester United winger Antony will not be returning to the club.
A statement issued by the club indicate that the Brazilian will be delaying his return amid ongoing probe into allegations he is facing.
Antony is among a number of Man United players that were released for the international break.
However, the winger was dropped from the Brazil squad following claims of abuse by his former girlfriend.
With players returning to their respective clubs this week, Man United said Antony will not be among them.
This effectively means Anthony will not be involved in upcoming English Premier League fixtures until further notice.

“Manchester United acknowledges the allegations made against Antony,” the club said in a statement on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
“Players who have not participated in international matches are due back in training on Monday. However, it has been agreed with Antony that he will delay his return until further notice in order to address the allegations,” it added.
The club further noted that it condemns acts of violence and abuse.
It also said it recognises “the importance of safeguarding all those involved in this situation, and acknowledge the impact these allegations have on survivors of abuse.”
Antony has denied claims of assaulting his former girlfriend, terming them as lies.
Allegations against him came at the time Man United was also handling a similar matter relating to its forward Mason Greenwood.
All charges against Greenwood were however dropped.
But Man United recently announced that the forward would rebuild his career away from the club after conclusion of internal investigation.
He has since joined La Liga side Getafe for a one-year-loan.
