Where is Simba Mall in Eldoret?
Located along the Eldoret-Nakuru Highway, near Poa Place, construction work for the upcoming mall, rumoured to be named Simba Mall, has been ongoing for the last few months.
A site visit by the Uasin Gishu News team on Friday, September 5, 2025, reveals that work on the multi-billion-shilling project has made significant progress.
A huge portion of the main structure for the Simba Mall is almost complete. If works maintain the current pace, it is likely to be opened to the public before the end of the year.
According to the artistic design for the mall seen by Uasin Gishu News, it will be the most iconic shopping and recreational hub.
How big is Simba Mall in Eldoret?
Several global brands like KFC have already reportedly booked their space at the Simba Mall, which is also expected to host supermarkets, retail shops, as well as state-of-the-art entertainment and recreational services for both adults and kids.
The mall will also have rooftop dining terraces, as well as underground and rooftop parking.
Simba Mall will be an addition to the growing list of luxurious business centres in Eldoret.
