Kenya Police Silence Wazito FC in FKF Premier League Clash

The Kenya Police Football Club on January 5, 2022, picked a massive victory over Wazito FC in a Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League match staged at the Kasarani Annex football pitch, in Nairobi.

In the exciting encounter, the Kenya Police FC that has previously posted impressive results and continued with its winning streak picked a win in the game in an emphatic fashion against a struggling Wazito FC.

After a slow but steady start, the law enforcers broke the deadlock after 19 minutes when Marvin Nabwire scored the first goal for the team.

19 minutes later into the game, the Police doubled their tally through Duke Abuya after he finished off a swift counterattack with a precise kick, sending the ball whirling straight into the opponent’s net.

At some point, Wazito appeared to gain control of the game, but they were no match for the crime-busters who put the game beyond doubt as they scooped a third goal through Elvis Rupia in the 42nd Minute.

In the second half, the Kenya Police maintained the lead, by strengthening its defence while being lethal with their strikes and at stoppage time, their strategy paid off! Leslie Otieno, powered home a beautiful header sealing a 4-0 win for the team as the ecstatic police cheering squad trooped into the pitch in celebration!

Meanwhile, the team heads back to training as it prepares to square it out with Kariobangi Sharks on January 8 at the same venue.
