Kenyans can now conveniently access services offered by the Kenya School of Government (KSG) at Huduma Centres across the country, following the official rollout of this partnership launched on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the Huduma Centre in Eldoret.
The launch event was presided over by KSG Director General Prof. Nura Mohamed, alongside Huduma Kenya CEO Ben Kai Chilumo, KSG Baringo Campus Director Dr Wesley Kiprop and Uasin Gishu County Commissioner Dr Eddyson Nyale, marking a key milestone in improving public service accessibility.
Prof. Mohamed emphasised that bringing KSG services closer to the people through Huduma Centres will benefit both public servants and the general public, while CPA Chilumo noted that the partnership aligns with the Government’s broader agenda of decentralising services and reinforces Huduma’s mandate to have citizen-centric “one-stop-shop” platforms.

The Eldoret Branch launch sets the stage for a nationwide rollout, reinforcing the government’s commitment to enhancing service delivery through innovation, digital transformation, and strategic collaboration.
How many government services are offered at Huduma Centres?
Currently, there are 59 Huduma Centres across the country offering 168 government services, which is only 7 per cent of all the services offered by various government agencies as well as departments.
Huduma Kenya CEO, however, hinted that soon, all government services will be offered at Huduma Centres following a proposed legislation recently subjected to public participation.
“The law will ensure all government-facing services are deployed in Huduma Centres so that Kenyans can access them without having to visit specific offices. This law will transform the Huduma Programme into an agency to ensure the same standards of service delivery in all government institutions,” Chilumo said.
