Kindiki Hosts Uasin Gishu MCAs, Governor Bii at His Karen Residence

Deputy President Prof Kithure Kindiki on Friday, December 13, 2024, hosted members of the Uasin Gishu County Assembly at his residence in Karen, Nairobi.

An update on his social media pages indicates that Governor Jonathan Bii Chelilim also attended the meeting.

According to Prof Kindiki, the meeting was part of consultations between the national and county governments aimed at ensuring efficient and coherent service delivery to Kenyans.

He also noted that it was aimed at rallying support for the government’s policy at the grassroots.

The successful implementation of Government policies, programmes and projects requires the goodwill and support at the grassroots level,” Kindiki said while sharing photos of the meeting.

The delivery of development initiatives requires seamless and harmonised identification of priorities to avoid duplication,” he added.

In addition, the second in command said, regular consultations between the National and County Governments will result in speedier, more efficient and coherent service delivery to the people of Kenya.

At the Official Residence in Karen, Nairobi, held a consultative forum with Governor Jonathan Bii and Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) from Uasin Gishu County,” he added.
