Chief Guest during the ceremony Prof. Kuremu Tenge, Acting Vice Chancellor of Moi University said the empowerment of Colleges such as MTRH College of Medicine by the Ministry of Health will aid in the achievement of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in Kenya.
