North Rifts largest retailer, Khetias Supermarket has opened another branch in Eldoret town.
The retainer which started with a branch in Bungoma town early in the 1990snow has three outlets in Eldoret
A latest branch was opened a few days ago at Highlands Mall, along the Eldoret-Malaba Highway.
The outlet hopes to attract customers from the nearby Matatu stage for Public Service Vehicles (PSVs) heading to Western part of Kenya.
Further, Khetias Supermarket Highlands Mall branch is targeting locals living within the nearby West Indies, Kokwas and Mwanzo estates.
The latest outlets adds to the Huruma-Maili and the Khetias CBD branches.
It also makes Khetias only the second supermarket to have three branches in Eldoret after Naivas that a few months ago opened its third branch in Elgon View, opposite the Eldoret Sports Club.
Khetias Supermarket has in the recent days been expanding its market to outside the North Rift region.
Headquartered at Kitale’s Gigamat branch, the retailer recently opened a new branch in Naivasha.
It is also planning to open its first branch in Nairobi soon.
So far, the supermarket has 22 branches mostly in North Rift and Western part of Kenya.
