Magical Kenya Expedition Team Tours Elgeyo Marakwet (Photos)

The Magical Kenya expedition team traversed Elgeyo Marakwet County on Thursday, January 16, 2025, to experience breathtaking landscapes, find top travel destinations, and have unique experiences.

The scenic Cheploch gorge, famed for daredevil divers, and its stunning geology provided a spectacular opportunity for the team, as they witnessed the divers plunge into the river Kerio.

The Magical Kenya series aims to diversify Kenya’s tourism by promoting adventure tourism, showcasing hidden gems, and fostering cultural exchange through immersive experiences.

It cuts across five counties: Laikipia, Uasin Gishu, Baringo, Nandi and Elgeyo Marakwet.

From Cheploch, the team took a breathtaking adventure to Fluorspar at the Kimwarer River.  Later, they ascended through the longest winding road in Kenya to Nyaru viewpoint.

The expedition cuts across various counties with unique tourist destinations and products.
