Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) is celebrating three of its physicians who have graduated from the East, Central and Southern Africa College of Physicians (ECSACOP) in the 2026 class.
The graduands — Dr. Sheilla Mukarye, Dr. Marvin Omingo and Dr. Michael Mudeheri — completed the College’s rigorous postgraduate training programme in Internal Medicine at a graduation ceremony held in Zambia.
The achievement marks a significant milestone in their professional careers and a proud moment for the hospital.
In a statement on Sunday, September 20, 2026, MTRH commended the trio for their dedication, resilience and commitment to excellence throughout their training, noting that their success underscores the hospital’s role as a leading centre for medical training and specialised clinical care in East, Central and Southern Africa.
Congratulating the graduands, MTRH Chief Executive Officer Dr. Philip Kirwa said they had represented the hospital with distinction on the regional stage.
