During the launch event, the Deputy Governor emphasized the project’s potential to transform the livelihoods of the local community.

He also highlighted the job creation aspect for the youth in the area.

The contractor shall not import casual labourers from the city yet we have youth drawn from here capable of doing the work perfectly. Quality cannot be compromised,” he said.

This commitment aims to ensure that local talent is utilized in the project, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility among the community members.

He urged the residents to actively engage with the project and safeguard it for future generations.
