Located within the Eldoret Railway station land, the project carries the memory of the town’s origins into its future.

It is a modern vertical community rising from the legacy of the railway that helped shape the City of Champions.

Driven by rapid urbanisation and rising housing demand, the project which began in April 2025, comprises 15 residential blocks of 14 floors each, delivering about 2,180 units across social, affordable and market segments.
