Eldoret Man Kicks Off Campaign to Meet Ruto with 5-Point Agenda

/

Michael Kirwa, popularly known as ‘Waziri Bila Kazi’ has kicked off a campaign he hopes will culminate in him meeting President William Ruto at State House, Nairobi.

Kirwa has drafted a 5-point agenda that he plans to present to the Head of State should he get the opportunity.

Top on the agenda is the establishment of the Office of the Street Pastors.

These are pastors that usually preach in the streets, but he is seeking to have them organized so that they can all be part of his delegation to meet the President.

While his plan is to have the Street Pastors in all 47 counties have an office, he has started with his home county – Uasin Gishu.

On Monday, Kirwa met a section of the Street Pastors – his second meeting in his plan to push for the establishment of the Office of the Street Pastors.

My main plan is to have them meet the President so that these pastors can pray with him. I am also looking forward to a day they will have their office, aside from being in an organized group that will help them be financially sustainable,” explained Waziri Bila Kazi.

Some of the street pastors who attended the meeting welcomed the plan noting that they would be glad if the government stepped in to support their gospel-preaching mission.

Aside from pushing for the establishment of the Office of the Street Pastors, Kirwa also has a plan to push for the women’s agenda – and hopes to share the idea with the first Lady Mama Rachael Ruto.

Job creation through the bottom-up pyramid is another agenda that the youthful Uasin Gishu resident is seeking to push for, should he get an opportunity to meet President Ruto.

Under this agenda, he hopes to play his part in the creation of at least 17,155 jobs annually.

Bottom-Up marathon and united Kenya are other agendas in Michael Kirwa’s campaign to meet President Ruto.

I have a file that gives details of each of the five agendas which I will present it to the President once I get the State House invite,” Kirwa tells Uasin Gishu News.
