Kenyans on August 9, 2022, went to the polls for a general election where they elected a President, 47 Governors, 47 Senators and 290 Members of Parliament.
With the elections now over, and the elected leaders sworn-in, ready to executive their respective roles, we take a look at some of the elected leaders who once studied at Moi University.
The Kesses-based institution is one of the oldest universities in the country having been started in 1984.
Five governors, five deputy governors, two County Women Members of Parliament, seven senators and over 20 MPs have passed through the university.
The university has already taken to its social media pages to celebrate its alumni.
