It was a season of joy, relief, and true camaraderie as Governor George Natembeya shared Christmas cheer with the people of Trans Nzoia County.
The celebrations kicked off at the Ukombozi Centre, Kitale, where a mammoth crowd gathered to receive Christmas gifts—many walking away with pockets smiling and hearts full.
The County Boss then paid a compassionate visit to patients at Wamalwa Kijana Teaching and Referral Hospital, wishing them quick recovery, sharing delicacies, and settling hospital bills worth millions.

“This holiday season, let’s all remember that giving doesn’t always require grandeur; it simply requires a willing heart. May we continue to lift one another up and spread light where it’s needed most,” Natembeya said.
As evening fell, the lighting of the Christmas tree at KCB Junction marked the birth of Christ our Saviour.
The moment was crowned by a powerful and touching sermon from Bishop Tanguli, as souls were uplifted and renewed.

The auspicious occasion was graced by senior county officials, including County Executives, Chief Officers, Directors, and other leaders.
