Soy United has announced the amount of money in got on gate collection during this weekend’s National Super League (NSL) match.
The Soy-based club hosted Kibera Black Stars at the Eldoret Agricultural Society of Kenya (ASK) Show Ground.
During the match, Soy United secured a well-deserved 2-0 win.

The match was well attended, ensuring the club also gets the much needed financial boost in gate collection.
A statement by the club indicate that they collected over Ksh 137,000.
“A total of Kshs 137,500/- was generated through revenue collection from Sunday’s home victory against Kibera Blackstars at ASK Showground, Eldoret,” Soy United FC said in an update on its verified Facebook page.
“We convey our utmost appreciation to everyone who supported the club,” it added.

Soy United FC had suffered a 2-1 loss last weekend at the hands of Naivas FC, away at the Kenya Institute of Highway and Buildings Technology (KIHBT) in Ngong.
The club promoted to the National Super League this season after winning their playoff match.
They finished second in the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Division One Zone A League behind leaders Nakuru Starbucks.
