Uasin Gishu Governor Jonathan Bii Chelilim has announced the reorganization of his county executive.
The latest changes affected two County Executive Committee Members (CECMs) and two Chief Officers.
Eng Joseph Lagat has been moved from the lucrative Health Services docket to the Public Service Management, Administration Devolved Units while Janet Kurgat takes over the Health docket.
It is the second time in a row that Eng Lagat had been moved. He was moved from the Department of Roads and Infrastructure a few months ago when the governor announced his executive’s reorganisation.

For Chief Officers, Ruth Samoei has been moved to the Public Service Management Department. She will also served as the acting Devolution and Public Administration Chief Officer.
Ambrose Tarus who was the Public Service Management Chief Officers has been moved to Clinical Services.
The fate of the Dr Joyce Sang who was serving in the docket remains unknown.
While announcing the changes, Chelilim said that are meant too enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivery of public services.
