KUCCPS Reopens KMTC Application for Immediate Intake, Lists 31 Available Courses

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service has reopened its portal for KMTC application.

KUCCPS on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, said the application was for students ready for immediate intake.

The agency said the application is open for Diploma and Certificate medical courses at all KMTC campuses.

“Interested in medical courses? Good news! KUCCPS and Kenya Medical Training College are giving you a chance to apply for diploma and certificate KMTC programmes for immediate intake,” the Placement Service said.

It also listed 31 programmes available for the immediate Intake.

1. Certificate in Community Health Assistant
2. Certificate in Medical Health Technician
3. Certificate in Health Insurance Management
4. Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology
5. Certificate in Medical Engineering
6. Certificate in Nutrition and Dietetics
7. Certificate in Orthopaedic Trauma Medicine
8. Certificate in Public Health
9. Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery
10. Diploma in Community Health
11. Diploma in Community Oral Health
12. Diploma in Dental Technology
13. Diploma in Emergency Medical Technology
14. Diploma in Health Counseling
15. Diploma in Health Insurance Management
16. Diploma in Health Promotion
17. Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology
18. Diploma in Medical Engineering
19. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences
20. Diploma in Medical Social Work
21. Diploma in Mortuary Science
22. Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics

“Apply via the KUCCPS portal before May 6, 2026,” KUCCPS said.

The agency has already placed students for the March intake with first and second revisions concluded.

The ongoing application is meant to replace students who did not report and courses that still have slots available after the placement process.
