The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service has reopened its portal for KMTC application.
KUCCPS on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, said the application was for students ready for immediate intake.
The agency said the application is open for Diploma and Certificate medical courses at all KMTC campuses.
“Interested in medical courses? Good news! KUCCPS and Kenya Medical Training College are giving you a chance to apply for diploma and certificate KMTC programmes for immediate intake,” the Placement Service said.
It also listed 31 programmes available for the immediate Intake.

- Certificate in Health Insurance Management
- Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology
- Certificate in Medical Engineering
- Certificate in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Certificate in Orthopaedic Trauma Medicine
- Certificate in Public Health
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery
- Diploma in Community Health
- Diploma in Community Oral Health
- Diploma in Dental Technology
- Diploma in Emergency Medical Technology
- Diploma in Health Counseling
- Diploma in Health Insurance Management
- Diploma in Health Promotion
- Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology
- Diploma in Medical Engineering

“Apply via the KUCCPS portal before May 6, 2026,” KUCCPS said.

The agency has already placed students for the March intake with first and second revisions concluded.
The ongoing application is meant to replace students who did not report and courses that still have slots available after the placement process.
