Social media users have expressed mixed reactions following Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago’s revelations that he had agreed to work together as a team with lawyer Kipchumba Karori.
Mandago and Karori had battled for the UDA ticket for the Uasin Gishu Senate seat in the recent nomination exercise.
The governor won the battle but the youthful lawyer cried foul, claiming the nominations were rigged.
He went ahead and filed a case challenging the results at the UDA Election and Nomination Disputes Resolution Board.
And with unconfirmed reports indicating that the case had been dismissed, Mandago took to his Social Media pages and announced what many Karori supporters were not expecting – they had agreed to work as a team.
