The County Government of Uasin Gishu is exploring ways to help addicts get back to normal livelihoods.

As part of the plans, admissions for the addicts were done two months ago.

Director for Alcoholic Drinks Control Board Koiya Arap Maiyo says there is great progress already.

We are reconnecting the clients with their families since they are soon graduating from the centre and hence family support is key,” Koiya said.
