The Regional Manager of the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB), Gilbert Rotich, on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, paid a courtesy call on Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Wilson K. Aruasa.

While receiving the donation, Dr. Aruasa thanked the NCPB officials for their support and pledged to continue strengthening the close working relationship between the two institutions.
“Thank you for your support. International World Kidney Day is an occasion where we reiterate our messaging on public health education, particularly on adherence to good nutrition, exercise/work, clean water, and sanitation, and exercising is critical towards averting lifestyle diseases. And this from the lowest level of the community,” said Dr. Aruasa.
Diabetes and Hypertension remain the leading causes of Kidney Diseases, the world over.
