Two More Australian Universities Partner with Elgeyo Marakwet County

Elgeyo Marakwet Governor Wisley Rotich has inked another scholarship deal with two Australian universities.

In the latest deal, Charles Darwin University has agreed to a 30 per cent scholarship on tuition fee for PEPEA students while Acknowledge Education and Queensland University of Technology (QUT) have also agreed to reduce their fee.

According to the County Government of Elgeyo Marakwet, adverts will soon be placed for August/September intakes.

Elgeyo Marakwet residents and interested students are urged to take advantage of these opportunities,” the county said.

Perth Children Hospital partners with Iten Mother and Baby Unit

At the same time, Perth Children Hospital will partner with Iten Mother and Baby unit to enhance the quality of services offered at the facility through telemedicine and medical equipment.

Auscare Training Organization has also agreed to set up a training Centre within the County that will offer healthcare, aged care, and community support services in Australia.

Tunza care is also offering support to Kenyans living in Australia including those who come from Elgeyo Markwet.
