Weekend fixtures for FKF Women Division One League

Fight for promotion to the FKF Women Premier League continues this weekend with a number of exciting matches in the Women Division One Zone B League.

This Saturday, relagated threatened sides Kimathi Lionesses and Gene Queens will be facing off at Kimathi Grounds in Nakuru.

At the time same time, Moi Marula Primary School in Eldoret will be hosting the Falcons derby – Eldoret Falcons and Kolwa Falcons.

On Sunday, promotion chasing teams will be in action, with the biggest clash pitting league leaders Gideons Starlets against Bungoma Queens away at Sang’alo Technical Training Institute in Bungoma.

The Bungoma Queens have lost their last two consecutive games, in the process dropping to fourth on the log and will be hoping to revive their promotion chances with a win against the league leaders.

Second placed Kisped will also be away in Kitale to face off Royal Starlets.

Mid-week games

More matches are scheduled for the coming Wednesday among them a clash between Gene Queens and Royal Starlets at Uasin Gishu Primary School in Eldoret town.

Gideons Starlets will also be at home – Opanga Primary School Grounds in Homa Bay, welcoming Eldoret Falcons.
