Bongo star Zuchu will not be performing in Eldoret town this weekend.
The ‘Sukari’ hit mater was scheduled for a live performance in the town on December 10, 2022.
But according to a post on her verified Facebook, the concert has now been cancelled.
Zuchu was also to perform in Nairobi, on December 11, 2022 – a schedule that had also been cancelled.
But even though the two events will not be going town, the Tanzanian superstar has told her supporters that she will still come – although in a later date.
According to Zuchu, promoters of the events will soon be announcing new dates for her performance.
She says tickets that her fans had purchased remain valid.
“MY KENYAN FAN-MILLY I AM SO SADDENED TO ANNOUNCE THAT BOTH OF THE SHOWS IN NAIROBI AND ELDORET HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE,” Zuchu said in part of the post.
“THE GOOD NEWS IS THE PROMOTERS @jabali_entertainment WILL SOON ANNOUNCE NEW DATES . TO THE PEOPLE WHO PURCHASED FOR 10 th AND 11th YOUR TICKETS WILL STAY VALID TO THE EVENTS NEW DATE OR ELSE WILL BE NOTIFIED ON HOW TO COLLECT YOUR REFUND,” she added.
She has also apologized to her fans for any inconveniences caused saying she pushed for the two events to happen but “ITS BEYOND MY CONTROL.”
