Tanzanian singer and songwriter Zuchu will within the next few weeks be performing live in Eldoret town.
The Dar es Salaam-based singer on October 24, 2022, announced her upcoming live performance through a post on her verified Instagram account.
In the post that appeared on her Insta Stories, the ‘Sukari’ hit maker who is signed to WCB Wasafi record label said the live performance will be on a Sunday, December 11, 2022.
The 28-year-old Bongo star however did not share details of where the live performance will be staged.

“Kenyans get your tickets. Live performance Eldoret Kenya. Sunday, 11st December 2022,” Zuchu posted on her Insta Stories.
This will be the first time that the singer will be performing in the Uasin Gishu’s capital.
Officially known Zuhura Othman, Zuchu has fast risen to be a name to reckon with in the East African Music Industry.
She was awarded the Silver Plaque Button by YouTube for hitting 100,000 subscribers within a week.
She also became the first East African female artist to reach that milestone within a week.
Further, Zuchu became the first East African female artist to reach 1 million subscribers on YouTube 11 months later.

In 2020, the singer was named by AFRIMMA as the winner of the Emerging Artist Award.
Meanwhile, the upcoming Zuchu’s live performance will be a boost to the growing Eldoret’s entertainment sector.
In recent years, Eldoret has fast been growing into an entertainment hub – aside from the well-known and already established destinations Nairobi and Naivasha – when it comes to the entertainment sector.
But today, the town angling to be the fifth city in Kenya hosts numerous popular entertainment joints – with more keeping mushrooming by day.
