Recruits Report to National Police Service Training Institutions

The National Police Service (NPS) conducted a successful recruitment exercise countrywide on Monday, November 17, 2025, where 10,000 qualified young Kenyans were identified for enlistment to boost the NPS’s policing capacity and support the ongoing reforms.

Following the recruitment, Monday, November 24, 2025, marked a significant milestone as the recruits reported to various designated training institutions.

They include the National Police College Main Campus (Kiganjo), Embakasi ‘A’, and Embakasi ‘B’ training Campus.

The recruits, having met all the rigorous recruitment standards, will now begin a period of intensive training.

According to NPS, the training programme will cover a wide range of policing areas to prepare them for their onerous duties as police officers.

The National Police Service also congratulated all the recruits and wished them the best as they undertake the rigorous training.
