Kapseret Member of Parliament has offered a life-changing support to Andrea Tendenei, a man from a village in Soy, Uasin Gishu County, who had been bedridden for the last 25 years.
Tendei, 62, suffers from a stroke that has left him paralyzed.
His plight was highlighted on social media and it ended up touching Sudi who has not stepped in to offer help that might change his life for the better.

On Thursday, May 7, 2026, the legislator said he was looking for the man after he saw his touching story on social media.
“I am looking for Andrea Tendenei, 62, from Kaptumo village, Kipsomba ward, Soy constituency,” Sudi posted on his verified Facebook page.
“For 25 years he has been bedridden, unable to leave his house. He lives with his wife and seven children, and the family has no source of income. I am willing to help him in whatever small way I can,” he added.
How has Sudi helped Andrea Tendenei?
Hours later, he posted that he had not only located the man but had also bought him an electric wheelchair but also enrolled him to the Social Health Authority (SHA).

The chair alongside other food and non-food items has already been delivered to him.
“After my announcement, kind members of the public helped me find Andrea, and I finally spoke to him. He shared his most urgent needs, and I’m happy I could help in my own small way,” the legislator said.
“I’ve bought him an electric wheelchair after 25 years confined to bed, and enrolled him in SHA for treatment and therapy. I’m also covering his children’s school fees and working to get his eldest son a job so he can support the family,” he added.

Sudi also noted that he was working on improving the man’s home alongside the basic supplies that he has provided for his upkeep.
“It brings me joy to share what I can with this 62-year-old father who has been paralyzed and bedridden for 25 years,” he said.
