Loreto High School Matunda 2025 KCSE Results

Loreto High School Matunda has yet again performed exemplary in the 2025 KCSE examinations.

The school located within Soy constituency in Uasin Gishu County has emerged as among the best, posting a mean grade of 9.08. This is a positive deviation of +1.1623 when compared to the results [posted last year.

A result slip seen by Uasin Gishu News shows that of the 292 candidates who sat for the 2025 KCSE at the school, 287 scored the university entry grade of at least C+.

Only 5 candidates had below C+, with 4 scoring a C (plain) while one had a C- (minus).

Two candidates scored a straight A, 26 had A- (minus), while 56 candidates scored B+ (plus). 123 students had a B (plain), 64 (B-) and 16 had C+ (plus).

Loreto High School, Matunda, has consistently posted impressive results for the last two years.

In 2023, it had a mean grade of 7.365, with 69 per cent of the candidates scoring university entry grades, while 89 per cent of the students transitioned to university in 2024 with a mean of 7.844.

Soy Member of Parliament David Kiplagat commended the school for this year’s performance.

Special congratulations to Loreto Girls, Matunda, for emerging as the best school in Soy Constituency, with an impressive mean score of 9.08 and 98% of the candidates qualifying for university admission. This outstanding achievement reaffirms my long-held belief that Loreto Girls is truly the place to be for our girls aspiring to join national schools,” the MP said.
