Kapseret Member of Parliament Oscar Sudi on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, kept his promise of delivering a new school bus to Mwiruti Secondary school in his constituency.
Earlier in the year, the legislator had pledged to ensure the school gets the bus to facilitate easy movement of students and staff.
In a post on his official Facebook page, the legislator said the bus, alongside other infrastructure he is investing in aims at promoting a good learning environment for students.

“Schools thrive well when sufficient infrastructure is built, laboratories are fully equipped, school bus is availed to ease mobility of teachers and students among others,” said the MP.
“Deployment of these resources promotes a good learning environment for students and also make teachers’ work easier,” he added.
The bus, according to the legislator who was re-elected for the third term in the August 9 polls was secured courtesy of funds from the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF).

“Delivering my promise to Mwiruti Secondary School by handing them a brand new School Bus courtesy of NG-CDF Kapseret Constituency,” the vocal MP said.
Addressing students, teachers and parents at the school, Sudi also promised to invest in constructing modern two-storey classrooms at the Mwiruti Primary School.
“By mid-next year, this school will be shining,” the Kapseret MP said.
He also revealed that he plans to construct another building at the Langas Primary school for the classrooms.
