The University of Eldoret has announced the date for its graduation ceremony.
This will be the 14th graduation that the Chepkoilel-based public university will be holding since it was awarded a charter.
In a notice posted on its website, the university said the graduation will be held physically.
When will the University of Eldoret hold its graduation?
The date has been set for November 20, 2025.
“The University of Eldoret wishes to inform all students who qualified for the award of various Degrees and Diplomas that the 14th Graduation Ceremony will be held physically on Thursday, 20th November 2025, at 8.00 am at the University Pavilion,” read part of the notice seen by Uasin Gishu News.
Before the graduation ceremony, there will be a rehearsal for graduation on Wednesday, 19th November 2025, starting at 8.00 am to 11.00 am at the same venue.
According to the UoE management, all graduands are expected to pay the revised graduation and alumni fees to attend the graduation.

Degree and post-graduate graduands will be required to pay KSh 5,500 graduation fee, while those graduating with diplomas will pay KSh 4500 graduation fee.
Master’s graduates and doctorate graduates will pay KSh 6,000 and Ksh 6,500 graduation fee, respectively.
The alumni fee has been set at KSh 1,000 for all graduands.

When can University of Eldoret graduands pick up graduation regalia?
The graduation regalia will be picked up by all graduands from their respective schools starting from Thursday, 13th November 2025, to Tuesday, 18th November 2025 and will be returned to the Schools by Friday, 28th November 2025.

In addition, the university said it is the responsibility of all graduands to confirm examination results, as well as the accuracy and order of names with their respective deans of schools.
“All graduands are expected to clear fee arrears and all other dues owed to the university; failure to which shall lead to disqualification from the graduation ceremony,” the notice noted.
“Furthermore, all graduands are expected to adhere to the set deadlines as stipulated,” it added.
