The African Banking Corporation (ABC) Bank has partnered with Kisaju gated community development in providing investment solutions through loans to diaspora clients and collection accounts for the developers.
Kisaju gated community is a proposed 142-gated community plot, located in Olosidan sublocation, Kajiado county.
Spearheaded by Ameristar Ltd, the gated community will comprise a residential area, commercial properties and community amenities such as a children’s playground.
With the world turning to environmentally sustainable solutions, the proposed gated community is set to have alternative underground water and green energy solutions.
