According to the Nandi County Executive Committee Member (CECM) for Health and Sanitation Ruth Koech, the plant will significantly reduce the turnaround time for procuring and delivery of oxygen from 24 hours to less than one hour.

Upon completion, this high-yielding plant will complement the one already established and operational at Kapsabet County Referral Hospital to meet the demand for medical oxygen in our health facilities.
