Photos: Zabron Singers Hosted At State House by Ruto, Rachel

Popular Tanzanian music group Zabron Singers were on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, hosted at the State House, Nairobi.

Their hosts were President William Ruto and his wife Rachel.

The group was in the country for the swearing-in of President Ruto during which they performed their popular gospel hit single ‘Mkono wa Bwana’.

While sharing photos of Zabron Singers at the State House, First Lady Rachel Ruto captioned them with the Bible Verse Psalm 40:3 which says “He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the LORD and put their trust in him.”

It was a pleasure hosting the Zabron Choir earlier today, when they paid a courtesy call at State House. They are well known for their popular song Mkono wa Bwana and Usiniache,” she noted.

Zabron Singers is an evangelism group found in Kahama, Tanzania.

Their profile on Citimuzik notes since 2006 to 2015, more than sixty hundred (6,000) people have been baptized through evangelism work which is done by the group in Tanzania.

The group gained prominence courtesy of their wedding hit song ‘Sweetie Sweetie’ released in 2020.
