Political leaders in Uasin Gishu County have joined hands to condole with gubernatorial aspirant Jonathan Bii Chelilim.
This is after Bii lost his father on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
Mzee Wilson Arap Maru (Chelilim) has been battling a long illness.

“We regret to announce the unfortunate demise of Mzee Chelilim who rested this morning after a long sickness bravely borne,” the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant said.
He died aged 86.
A number of politicians in Uasin Gishu among them Assembly Speaker David Kiplagat and Deputy Governor Daniel Chemno have already visited Jonathan Bii’s home to condole with the family.
